Description
This knife strikes a great balance between form and function with an elegant, organic handle accompanying a full sized chef’s knife blade. This blade style is ideal to be the chef’s primary tool in the kitchen. The knife is crafted from 440C stainless steel for great corrosion resistance with a handle of dyed maple burl lace to produce a highly functional yet beautiful tool. The handle is affixed to the blade with copper pins to accentuate the unique color of the wood.
