Description
This knife strikes a great balance between form and function with an elegant, organic handle accompanying a full sized chef’s knife blade. This blade style is ideal to be the chef’s primary tool in the kitchen. Well suited for all chopping and slicing operations on the cutting board, it will perform any task well but is not specifically designed to excel at any one task.
The knife is crafted from 440C stainless steel with a oxidized surface finish for great corrosion resistance. The handle is made of a striking red wood that was unable to be identified; the finished product is a beautiufl and slightly mysterious tool.
