Description
This knife strikes a great balance between form and function with an elegant handle accompanying a full sized chef’s blade. This blade style is ideal to be the chef’s primary tool in the kitchen. Well suited for all chopping and slicing operations on the cutting board, it will perform any task well but is not specifically designed to excel at any one task.
The knife is crafted from 440C stainless steel for great corrosion resistance. The handle is made of maple burl wood joined to the blade with brass pins to produce a solid mechanical connection.
