Description
Black on black on… silver and gold? Though some may find this stout Japanese style blade useful for poultry or as a vegetable cleaver, it is specifically designed for breaking down fish. This knife is not a traditional single bevel design, it utilizes a western double bevel blade geometry with a 70/30 bias towards the left for a right handed user. The large octagonal ebony handle provides a solid grip and is accented by brass and stainless steel spacers for a clean, simple look.
The knife is crafted from 440C stainless steel for great corrosion resistance required for this near salt water application.
