Description
My first attempt at a fillet knife, this blade is long and very flexible. Perfect for preparing fish in the kitchen or on the dock, this knife has a beefy handle bolstered by a large brass guard to keep the fingers from slipping on to the razor sharp edge.
The blade is made of 440C stainless steel for the corrosion resistance required in the salt water environment which it is likely to inhabit. The handle is crafted from buckeye burl and polished brass.
