This knife includes a hand stitched (unfortunately) stained full grain leather sheath to keep it both at arms reach and tucked safely away from the elements.
As with all carbon steel knives this blade should be protected from extended contact with moisture. Though susceptible to corrosion, carbon steel produces a blade unparalleled in durability and edge retention. With proper care this knife will last for years to come. The full tang handle is wrapped ebony and walnut, accented with pins and a spacer both silver in color to match the blade and produce a clean, cohesive look.
